We have a couple of creative spaces available to rent – the gallery, the kitchen, the dance studio and the yard.
Just like our co-working space and studios, we try to make our creative spaces as flexible as possible for our tenants. These spaces are available for rent for any length of time, both one off or regular bookings and we’re happy to work with you to set up the space as needed.
We have regularly hosted events by the local artistic community in our creative spaces. From photography exhibitions, film screenings, pop-up artisan markets to dance performance. Keep an eye on our blog for details of our latest events hosted at Factory Studios.
The Gallery

The Kitchen

- A spacious kitchen area with seating (available together or separately)
- Host workshops, demonstrations or presentations
- Hire industrial kitchen for £15 per hour
- Hire seating area for £12.50 per hour
- Hire both combined for £25 per hour
The Dance Studio
If you’re looking for a larger event space, the dance studio is perfect for hosting events, workshops or even for photoshoots. Filled with natural light, it is a wonderful room that suits a variety of needs, whether that’s a one off event or regular bookings.

- Hire from £15 per hour or £120 for the day (8 hours)
The Yard
Features
- Large covered outside space with benches
- Can be used for filming, fairs and workshops
- Size of yard space is 200 square metres
- Available to hire for £240 from 9am to 6pm
- For additional hours between 6pm and 9pm it is £40 per hour
