A short horror film based on the issues of virtual reality.
-Written and Directed by Harrison Mullins-
Set in the year 2218, a young woman called Rebecca struggles to understand why people have left reality for a virtual existence, leaving her no choice but to discover the reasons for herself.
The film set for the main room location, was in 779 Studios, above The Factory Shop, in the heart of Boscombe. This room was dressed with old props from the directors family history, such as the portraits on the wall, original furniture pieces and newspaper scraps.
The other film location, was set in The Factory Studios building, for the introduction and ending of the film. This set had a different feel and was designed for the future. Props were used from the same location and handmade for the film.
The event for the film launching was a great success. There were many people who came along to support the film, including those involved from crew & cast at the Bournemouth Arts University. The local community, friends, family and more, came down to see the event, which was held at The Factory Studios.
Thanks for everyone that came along to support my own very first film project and donating towards future film festivals. This is the first of many more to come. – Harrison Mullins, Director
